Payment methods

We offer you the following payment methods to ensure a smooth ordering process and to make the ordering process as uncomplicated as possible for you:

Bank transfer

We currently only offer shipping by bank transfer. As soon as you have placed your order, we ask you to make the transfer as soon as possible, quoting the order number.

*Please note that it is mandatory to state the order number with the bank transfer & address when ordering. Otherwise, we may not be able to allocate the transfer and the order cannot be processed on time or the delivery cannot be made.

Once we have received your payment (this usually takes 1-2 working days – so if you pay on Friday, it will arrive on Monday or Tuesday), you will receive an automated email from us (make sure you check your spam folder folder!). You will then receive another e-mail within 24 hours informing you that your order has been dispatched. If your order has been tracked, you will receive your tracking details in a separate email from us.

You will receive an e-mail to the e-mail account that you specified when registering or ordering (if you checked out as a guest).

Reasons why you may not have received a confirmation e-mail:

  • It is in your spam folder
  • The e-mail was not delivered (some e-mail providers block e-mails quite radically).
  • Your e-mail address contained a typing error

If you do not receive an automated email from us, please try to add our email to your whitelist or get in touch via the contact form or live chat!

We deliver to all countries except Great Britain, USA, Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland.

Restrictions may apply to certain products as the laws are constantly changing.

Please check the current laws in your jurisdiction before placing an order!

If you have made the payment under the same name in your delivery/billing address, you do not need to do anything.

If the payment was made under a different name, please send us an e-mail with your order number and a screenshot of the payment.

All orders with payments confirmed before 13:00 CET will be shipped the same day unless otherwise stated or products are on backorder/out of stock.

If you have paid by bank transfer, it may take 1-2 working days for the payment to reach our account and be confirmed.

As soon as the payment has been received and assigned to your order, you will receive an automated e-mail from us and another e-mail as soon as the order has been dispatched!

Please make sure you use your order number as a payment reference and use the same name and billing address as the account you are paying from to ensure there are no delays!

In the event that your order does not arrive, we have two options:

  • All customers who have opted for shipment with tracking will receive their complete order again if it has not arrived after 4 weeks and an investigation by the carrier.
  • Untracked orders are not eligible for our return service. If your order does not arrive, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help you!

GERMAN CUSTOMERS

If your order has not arrived after 8 working days from dispatch, please contact us to initiate an investigation with Deutsche Post.

We do not supply free samples, except to long-standing customers with whom we have established a relationship!

We do NOT accept Paypal!

The lysergamides (e.g. 1P-LSD, 1V-LSD, AL-LAD, 1D-LSD etc.) should be stored:

  • Protect from direct sunlight
  • Away from moisture
  • Under 25°
  • Sealed in the fridge or freezer for long-term storage (6 months+)

If stored correctly, all lysergamides can be kept for many years.

Phenethylamines (e.g. 2C-B-FLY, 5-MAPB, 3-FEA etc) should be stored:

  • In a cool, dry place
  • Protect from direct sunlight

Phenethylamines generally have a long shelf life and should keep well for years under these conditions.

Tryptamines (e.g. 4-HO-MET, 5-MeO-DMT, 5-MeO-MiPT etc.) should be stored:

  • In the refrigerator in a sealed container (especially if storing for longer than a few weeks)
  • Protect from direct sunlight
  • Away from moisture
  • For longer storage (6 months+), keep sealed in the freezer

Arylcyclohexylamines (e.g. 2-FDCK, 3-MeO-PCP, DMXE etc.) should be stored:

  • In a cool, dry place
  • Protect from direct sunlight

Arylcyclohexylamines should be stable for many years if they are protected from direct sunlight and moisture.

We will reship an order after a certain period of time (depending on the country) or if the tracking status shows that the order has been returned to us.

This is the time we generally wait before we reship an order:

Netherlands – 10 days
Germany – 10 days
Belgium – 2 weeks
France – 3 weeks
Rest of Europe – 4 weeks

If the tracking shows that the parcel is still moving and it is likely that the order has not been lost, we may wait a little longer before we can check whether the parcel has been lost or not.

Shipping

We offer the following shipping methods. We take care to send the parcel neutrally and offer you the best possible service:

Worldwide

We ship worldwide. So it doesn’t matter whether you are currently in Germany or America. It only needs to be an address where you can receive the parcel.

Neutral

We pack your parcel neutrally. Without you having to worry about someone recognizing the supplier.

Fast

We process the orders immediately after receipt of payment and ship them afterwards!

All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If your payment is received and processed before 13:00 CET Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch it the same day. We ship from Germany! All 1D-LSD orders placed with a German delivery address will be shipped domestically via Deutsche Post.

No, we do not ship to DHL packing stations as your order will be returned to us as it is sent as a parcel, not a package.

No, we do not ship to packing stations etc.

All orders shipped with tracking will be delivered with a 100% free return if your order has not arrived within 4 weeks (within the EU) or 6 weeks (outside the EU) or has been recognized as lost before these dates.

We do NOT offer free replacements for untracked orders.

Orders confiscated by customs will not be reshipped.

Arrival times vary from country to country and shipping method, making it difficult to give an exact date/delivery time. Below are our estimates of the maximum delivery times:

German Post
All German orders are sent by Deutsche Post.
Average delivery time – can take up to 1 week

PostNL not tracked
To Netherlands – can take up to 5 days

To France and Belgium
– can take up to 2-3 weeks

To Canada
– can take up to 6 weeks

To Australia – can take up to 6-7 weeks

To Japan – can take up to 6 weeks

To Ireland – can take up to 3 weeks

To the rest of the world – takes between 2-6 weeks

France – can last up to 2-3 weeks

Spain, Portugal, Italy – can take 3 weeks or longer

Rest of Europe – can take up to 3-4 weeks

We ship orders between Monday and Friday. All orders placed after 13:00 CET on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

When we are very busy, we sometimes pack orders at the weekend to send them out on Monday. If you receive an e-mail on Saturday or Sunday with the title “Your order has been completed”, this is the reason!

All German orders are carried out by Deutsche Post.

We always ship with shipment tracking!

We do NOT ship to DHL packing stations, as your order will be returned to us without exception. We ship in thin shipping bags, not in large parcels, and these are not accepted at DHL packing stations.

If your order has not arrived after approx. 8 working days from dispatch, please contact us to initiate an investigation with Deutsche Post.

In general, the above-mentioned standard values apply, but these may deviate in part due to delayed deliveries or other matters beyond our control.

So that we can deliver your order safely, please make sure that your address is spelled correctly. If you have any special requests regarding delivery, please write them in the customer note when placing your order. If you make a mistake with your order, please email us immediately at info@lsd-shop.net or contact us via WhatsApp. If you have not yet paid for the order, simply place a new order with the correct address. Please note that e-mails cannot be seen or answered immediately.

We cannot be held liable for orders that are lost or confiscated by customs due to incorrect addresses.

We do NOT ship to packing stations. This is because our orders are sent in thin A6 / A5 / A4 mailing bags and are not accepted by them.

However, we do offer customers from NRW, for example, the option of generating an appointment for our pick-up points. Please note that you must contact us first! The pick-up points may vary.

How do we pack our orders?
All German orders are securely packed and labeled in bubble envelopes.

All orders are packed discreetly. There is never any indication of the contents of the shipment on the outside of the packaging.

LSD-SHOP has no control over the speed at which orders are delivered once they are in the postal system. We kindly ask you to be patient during this time. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us at any time.
